How LithoSight handles the limited personal information involved when you visit this website or contact our team.

The data controller is LITHOSIGHT, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered under SIREN 942 988 361, with its registered office at 210 B Boulevard de la République, 92210 Saint-Cloud, France.

2. What information do we process?

This public website does not contain account creation or data-entry forms.

If you contact LithoSight by email, we may process:

  • your name, professional role and organisation;
  • your email address and other contact details you provide;
  • the content of your message and any documents you choose to send;
  • subsequent correspondence relating to your enquiry or project.

Limited technical connection and security information may also be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site.

4. Who receives the information?

Personal information is limited to authorised LithoSight personnel and service providers who need it for website operation, security, email or the requested business relationship. We do not sell personal data.

Cloudflare provides hosting-related infrastructure and cookieless Web Analytics. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data; LithoSight receives aggregate reports rather than individual visitor profiles.

Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, LithoSight relies on the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

5. How long do we retain it?

General business enquiries are normally retained for up to three years after the last meaningful contact. Information connected to a contract or legal obligation may be kept for the applicable statutory period. Security logs are retained according to the operational needs and policies of the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

LithoSight uses no advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic and performance measurement without cookies or local storage. Read our cookie policy for details.
